6 weeks to lose 1 stone: my diary

Day 8: fast day

Yesterday I was so pleased. Had a bit of an eating out session. However I'm trying to Trust in the diet as it really worked last week so suck to my suggested calorie intake. So fast day number one for this week starts today:

B: water
L: Apple
D: chicken salad

Total cals: 490
 
Day 9: Friday and people round for dinner always tricky. thin I manned or well.

B: SW bacon lettuce tomatoes sandwich. Bacon grilled with fat cut off. Used extra light mayo.

L: backed potatoe with beans

D: home made beef and spinach curry. Used extra lean stewing beef. Boiled rice.

Did East some carrot cake after dinner.

Day 10: fast day no 2

Feeling really run down at the moment so not been doing any hard exercise, just walking. Because of this I think I'm going to do a 3:4 day this week until I'm able to move my arse again!

L: tea
D: tuna salad. Ice burg lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, half tin tuna in brine, light salad cream

Cals: 488

Glad mashed cauliflower worked for you!!

Have bought a nice lot of cauliflower today so will be trying it soon.

Theres a great recipe out there for "Cauliflower Rice". 137 cals per portion. It look lovely, will let you know if its any good.

Day 11: SW EE

B: fried egg on toast (fry light)
L: tuna salad: lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tuna in brine (half tin) light ahead cream
D: Sunday roast: chicken, roast veg (fry light) roast potatoes (fry light) cabbage, broccoli, gravy

Day 12: SW Green

B: beans on two slices of wholemeal toast (yum)
L: fruit and muller light
D: Quarn sausage salad: lettuce, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, booked egg, light salad cream

Day 13: fast day (weigh day tomorrow, Arghhh)

B: 2 ryvita original. Marmite and 1 light dairylea triangle and a cuppa
L: 2 ryvita original with 15g crunchy peanut butter. Multi pack quavers ( 88 cals)
D: 3 ryvita original, 2 dairylea light triangle and marmite

Total cals: 487 :p
