im allowed 39pp a day and today i used all of those plus lots of my weeks alowance. the only good thing from all of this is that ive established snacks are def my main problem! going to try and only have 36 tomorrow to make up for it
What's the problem? You've had all your daily points and some of your extras. That's what they're there for! It's just like before, but the points are just split differently. Just don't go over your extra's and eat all your daily's.
