6th week weigh in another 2lbs off yipee

6th weigh in this morning. Have lost another 2lbs which is great giving that I had to jump from 4 weeks of ss to 790 due to pending operation next week.

I stayed the same last week so was chuffed to lose 2lb this week. Still waiting for totm( keep spotting) when that week comes should have a really good loss. Next weds is my last weigh in b4 operation, (op on Thurs)

I am on day 3 of the 790 plan myself and it is good to know that the weight will come off, I think 2lbs. is brill.
