    I have week of work cuz of half term so no reason for me not to be 100% on CD this week.!

    I hate not having much to do on the weekend.. as this diet get's harder lol.!

    ive had 2 shakes so far but water has been very poor.. x

    how are u getting on??x

    ive had three packs so far and had what feels like gallons of water... im just sooooooooo bored... 5hrs till i go to bed though and thatll be day 1 done. im glad ive no plans tonight im so miserable lol xx

    im going great guns, just had my 3rd pack and drank lotso water... totm seems to be making an early appearance but not quite?? mmm very strange. xx

    i brought the book Becks diet solution these a forum on this book in the chat bit.!

    its ment to be a book to solve the problems to food triggers,and alot more.!!

    im chuffed ive got it now. Read the reviews it's a book worth reading in preparation.!

    also a really life book called The amazing Adventures of Diet Girl caklled Shauna Reid she was 26 stone and lost 12 stones on weight watchers it has before and after photo's.

    she battled the bulge and won.:D books like these keep me focused .!
