7 weeks and 42lbs or 3 stones lost!

SoonToBeGorgeous

Loving the Cambridge Diet
Really disappointed this morning to have only lost 1lb

Went for my official CDC weigh-in and I have lost 4lbs

Making a total of 42lbs or 3 stones lost in 7 weeks!!

I am not disappointed in the 3 stones!

On my scales at home I had only lost 1lb and I was ready for falling off the wagon.

When I had my official weigh-in I had lost 4lbs, making the 42lb total!

I am thrilled!!!

Well done, 3 stones in 7 weeks is fab!! :D

How amazing! Cambs should have some sort of award for things like this :)

I am stunned that it has kept going like this to be truthful.

My CDC does her own little certificate affair for each stone that you lose!!

Now for the next stone!!

Just worked out that I have lost 19 bags of sugar exactly!!

If I put 19 bags of sugar in carriers I wouldn't be able to carry them!

That really puts it in perspective!

Fantastic loss hun so inspiring for me hun as i would of had a similar loss to you but fell of the wagon for 2 and a half weeks, hope i can stay on it this time.

Yes I do feel absolutely fantastic!

I have dropped three dress sizes along the way too!

Feeling fit and full of energy!

Am having a ball with Cambridge, I can tell you !

I just wish I had known about Cambridge a long, long time ago.

Thanks for all the good wishes folks!

I think that is the crux of Cambridge - for very little work you see huge rewards as the weight just falls off.

On WW and SW at 2lb per week 3 stones would have taken me 20 weeks-ish, five months.

I swim three or four times per week but that is about all I do in the way of exercise, so not over-exerting myself in any way. I have arthritis which badly affects my hands and I cannot hold onto gym equipment or weight machines, free weights etc, so that is all out. I have to do what I can which is to swim. Sometimes I cannot get into the pool but where I go to has an electric chair which puts me into the water when my hands won't hold the rails.

You have to find something you enjoy and something which you can do on a very regular basis.

Wow that is amazing, well done, you are doing so well, just hope i can do the same

Keep it up

Do you have any before and during photos you could post to give us all some inspiration?

Maybe when I have lost four or five stones, perhaps!

I do look very different now, though!
