790 losses?

im struggling with the thought of not eating anything at the moment

i was wondering what the losses on 790 are like?
are they as rapid as ss?
or am i looking at 1lbs or 2lbs a week cuz in that case i wouldnt bother

i just think id feel better about it all if i had a meal to look forward to

I don't think there is much in it. About a stone a month on SS versus 12lbs ish on 790.

i go on holiday in 4 weeks so i might start 790 then

I loved 790. Did it after two weeks of SS. My sis did SS at the same time as me doing 790 and I lost more than her!! hee hee not that we're competitive!!!!
