790 people what are your weekly losses like?

Hi,

Questions for those on the 790 plan.

How much did you lose in week 1, and what's your average weekly loss?

Trying to decide on 790 or SS.

Apparently there is only a few pounds different between both plans,

But im sure someone with more know how will be along soon..

Im now on 790 as i did SS for 7 days and missed my food too much.

If I stick to it 100%, I lose about 3lb a week. I lost the same amount a week on SS so no contest, really...

PS Should add I'm nearing the end of the diet now. Anyone with quite a bit more to lose might they have bigger weekly losses on 790.
