7lbs in 3 weeks?

They say that more than 2lbs off a week is "dramatic weight loss" but 7lbs is only 1lb over that, so if you loose just over 2lbs a week for the next 3 weeks you will reach 7lbs lost.

Just remember to maintain drastic weight loss you need to long term chnage your calorie input.

21lbs in 15 weeks is achievable that is around 1.5lbs a week whcih is a healthy amount to aim for and to achieve :) good luck let me know how you get on x
