8.5 stone gone, almost at target!

Thought I'd share my journey, partly to show that it is possible and partly to keep me going for the last couple of pounds. It's been 4 years since I started (but I had my second child in that time and gained a bit when I was pregnant). I hardly recognise myself in older pictures. So here goes....

And finally, just to compare, this is me 8 years apart at the same Christmas ball. I was nowhere near my biggest at the first but I think the difference is still quite obvious!!!
