Hi again, I think we do all suffer from the weight bounces after weekends, thats why I'm only weighing in at the end of the week after my last DD now, I was daily weighing before and it was wrecking my head.
tweaking, now you are talking my language LOL!! If you can stick to it, and it might stop you having too much rubbish as well, you could try the split day fast from say 5pm to 5pm, but it means you stop munching at 5pm one day, eat NO CALORIES AT ALL until 5pm the next day, gives you 24 hours fasting and good fat burning time as well, it's like combining your window with a good fasting session as well I suppose
