8 Weeks on - two stone gone....any difference??

    Above is me when I started and me at 8 weeks.
    Below is me at 10 weeks into diet - still a lot to go and need to get into this by Xmas - wish me luck xx

    Thanks everyone, I have done another two weeks after that and gonna put another picture on in another two wks with progress - even though I in smaller clothes still don't feel any different x

    I never see a difference in myself either, but other people seem to notice. It is there, its just its happening so fast your head hasn't quite caught up with it yet! x

    Totally agree with you chubbers - this week I have concentrated on making sure I go for long walks everyday to try have good weight losses over the next few weeks for Xmas - got 10lb to go to my Xmas target - then a stone after Xmas x

    I have just updated pics with 10 week one and target outfit for Xmas - my old skinny jeans size 12 xx can fasten them but tight and bulgy, hopefully nxt one will be them perfect xxx ;0)
