Well another weigh in followed by another disappointment. Since I started the Insanity program a week and five days ago I haven't shifted a pound - and I'm in so much pain from doing it!
I've been fluctuating between 15st 10lbs and 15 stone 11lbs and it is driving me crackers. I know, I know, you shouldn't weigh yourself every day but I feel like I'm working so hard and eating so well that, surely, something must come off??
I'm considering joining WW or SW next week to see if I can kick start the weight loss. The exercise is certainly doing me good and my body feels a lot better and a lot tighter, but there's just nothing doing in shifting the actual weight, which is what motivates me the most.
