I am starting 810 tomorrow and I am really very excited about having my chicken salad LOL and CDC said since I wouldnt touch skimmed milk in a fit, that I could have 0% fat yoghurt so I cant wait to dip my spoon into that for breakfast tomorrow :)

I am just wondering though about ketosis, I am assuming that I will come out of ketosis moving up and it seems I am now allowed lemon juice according to the book so I'm assuming that is because there is no need to protect the ketosis state.

I suppose my question really is, do you think now it is ok to drink herbal teas that are made with flowers that were excluded due to the need to protect ketosis? Not really a big issue for me, but it would be nice to have something a little different :)

Also its says fat free salad dressings are ok, I found 2 Kraft 0% fat salad dressings, but they did seem to be highish in carbs but I ignored that due to the fact they were fat free and CDC mentioned Kraft when talking to her! Anyone found anything else?

I was surprised at the amount of Tuna daily allowence, it seems huge! I had to buy 2 tins to make that amount. You could have breakfast dinner and tea out of that. Not sure it would be the same without the mayo though :)

    thanks in advance :)

Can't really answer your Q's but just wanted to say good luck I started 810 today. Had cottage cheese and salad there seemed to be loads of cottage cheese and I felt a bit sick after I'd eaten.

I use the Kraft light french style dressing and the light thousand island one on aamw so that should be fine on 810.

I used to have half the allowance of tuna, and half cottage cheese or chicken.. I couldn't eat that amount of tuna in one go... just a thought..

    Love

Thanks Lisa Marie, I didnt get the thousand Island one, thought it wasnt allowed :( but I bet it would be nice with the Tuna, I'll get it next week :) I got the French style and Italian style ones LOL they look so similar, bet they taste it too LOL

Thanks Nikki, I was thinking I might do something like that alright, not a chance I'd eat that amount of Tuna in a week let alone a day and I love Tuna (well with mayo ;))

I'm not sure but I think the Itallian one is 3% fat so not sure that is allowed the others are fat free. I could be wrong though.

I've been doing 810 for a few weeks now, and I don't think I've come out of KEtosis yet!.

I occassionally feel a litle peckish mid morning (before my first CD pack), but then it goes after more water, so I guess I'm teetering on the edge when I wake and going back in.

My biggest indulgence on 810 is going into a coffee shop and having my Skinny Iced Latte sitting in the sun:D Makes me feel like a member of the human race again:cool:
