I am starting 810 tomorrow and I am really very excited about having my chicken salad LOL and CDC said since I wouldnt touch skimmed milk in a fit, that I could have 0% fat yoghurt so I cant wait to dip my spoon into that for breakfast tomorrow
I am just wondering though about ketosis, I am assuming that I will come out of ketosis moving up and it seems I am now allowed lemon juice according to the book so I'm assuming that is because there is no need to protect the ketosis state.
I suppose my question really is, do you think now it is ok to drink herbal teas that are made with flowers that were excluded due to the need to protect ketosis? Not really a big issue for me, but it would be nice to have something a little different
Also its says fat free salad dressings are ok, I found 2 Kraft 0% fat salad dressings, but they did seem to be highish in carbs but I ignored that due to the fact they were fat free and CDC mentioned Kraft when talking to her! Anyone found anything else?
I was surprised at the amount of Tuna daily allowence, it seems huge! I had to buy 2 tins to make that amount. You could have breakfast dinner and tea out of that. Not sure it would be the same without the mayo though
thanks in advance
