9 stone in 7 months??

The normal amount is a stone a month so you would be pushing it - it depends how your body reacts.

Still 7 stone would be good wouldn't it?

People say the more water you drink, more effective the weightloss is. So if you maybe stick religiously to the diet and get that water down, you should reach it or be near!

Thanks for the replies 7 stone would be good but to be at my goal for my holidays would be fantastic. I think i will glug the water and hope for the best guess i could always put the holiday back a bit.
