9 STONE (+) TO GO....WELL...

well it was last week! this week it is only 8 stone 1lb to go! : 13 off in first week ssing and i'm feeling good! (even cheated...diet coke and chocolate flapjack...oops...bad day!) so amazingly proud though! ...Only trouble is...I'm not hungry and keep forgetting my drinks, then have them late at night and feel heavy during night...is it ok to miss one if you really can't face it?! X

No I'm pretty sure you should have them for the vitamins and minerals. Either have set times to have them or put packs on bench where you can see them and you won't forget.

Well done hun .You must have all your packs it is to do with getting all your minerals and vitamins but also you dont want to go into full starvation mode .In starvation mode your body starts to use muscle and keeps hold of everything else so you end up not lossing .There are better explanations on here of the reasons why sure someone will be here soon that knows all the in and outs of it xxxxx
