9 Stone To Lose!

I'm 21 year old female currently weighing 19 stone. :(

I'm actually feeling motivated so tomorrow, I'm going to start putting my Gym Membership to use.

Longterm I would like to get down to 10 stone but my aim is to get down to 17 stone by Christmas. I'm not sure if that is a realistic goal but I intend on going to the Gym on a daily basis for an hour.

I will take a picture tomorrow before I set off to the Gym and I will put them on here to help track my progress.

I want to feel lighter and healthier for Christmas. :D

You need a rest day with no gym somewhere in the week to avoid injury and keep weightloss going. Make sure you give your body a days rest once a week :) and good luck, 2 stone is a mighty target but its good to aim high :)

Hi Kim! Good luck with your weight loss. Losing 2 stone for Christmas sounds a good goal to aim for! I am 19 stone aiming for 10stone as well, so it will be interesting to hear how you get on - keep us updated! :D
Just remember not to over work at the gym and cause yourself an injury :)
