I'm 21 year old female currently weighing 19 stone. 
I'm actually feeling motivated so tomorrow, I'm going to start putting my Gym Membership to use.
Longterm I would like to get down to 10 stone but my aim is to get down to 17 stone by Christmas. I'm not sure if that is a realistic goal but I intend on going to the Gym on a daily basis for an hour.
I will take a picture tomorrow before I set off to the Gym and I will put them on here to help track my progress.
I want to feel lighter and healthier for Christmas.
