Well, that's not strictly true. I'm getting married on New Years Eve in Jamaica, but we fly out on Boxing Day, which is about 9 weeks away.
I started Cambridge in May and lost 18lb in 5 weeks, which was great, but since then I've been rubbish. I lose a bit, I gain a bit, rinse repeat.
It's my own fault, of course - I haven't stuck to the diet at all and now I'm 9 weeks away from 2 weeks of wearing bikinis and I'm huge and so ashamed of myself
all I can do now is get back on track and see how we'll I can do in the last 9 weeks. I'm back on plan (and feeling crap as a result) and I've taken up hulahooping to get some extra exercise. It's harder than it looks but so much fun!
If I can lose 2st in 9 weeks, I'd be over the moon, but it's going to be tough because its getting so close to Christmas. If I'd just just stuck with it in the first place, I'd be at my goal weight by now
