93 days before holiday

Hello All,

I have 93 days before i have to show my body to the beach"GULP"

I'm going to be doing total solutions and exercising for about 2 hrs a day,to try and shift as much as possible.I really really really need to stick to it.The only day i plan to have off is the 18th feb which will be protein only.

It's been years since I've even worn a pair of shorts and i am feeling the pressure for sure but i am going to Jamaica and i really don't want anything to get in the way of me having a good time. So i hope that's going to keep me on track!!!If not feel free to shout at me:D

I've been doing a lot of hill walking for the last 2 weeks and i have already started to see a difference in my legs,As i mainly carry the weight there it isn't pretty.Still onward and upwards.

Hey there, I know the feeling, I'm going away in May with lots of my friends who are all perfect bodied goddesses, I am dreading it in a way, even when I'm thinner I'll still have the cellulite & stretch marks :-( but wow Jamaica I am so jealous that will be amazing!
