I'm disappointed because when I did ww I lost the same in my 1st week although I know 5lb is a good loss x

I will be strong and not give up

That's fair enough but if you do CD for a month and compare the losses with doing WW for a month then you'll soon see why its worth it :) keep up the good work!

Hi Sweet. I have seen posts here and there where you seem to have been saying you were not doing the diet 100%. If that is the case, and you still lost 5lb, you are very lucky! Many get STS or even a slight gain when they go off-plan.

Just stick with it and you'll be fine!
