Shant and you cant make me!!

(((hugs))) - you are doing really well and you must be feeling fitter from doing the running, you are a braver woman than me, I keep "meaning" to start running but simply cant summon up the enthusiasm.

Sorry you are having a duff couple of weeks, I am sure all the effort will pay off at length, which is no consolation now, but it WILL and you will get to where you want to be :)

Very unlikely to be muscle gain, but could be water retention due to all the extra exercise Dumpy. Don't worry though the good effort willpay off unfortunately our bodies aren't machines so often act weird but it does work, it just may take time.
Everytime someone has stayed the same my consultant checks their exercise. She always says that sometimes when the muscles aren't used to it, they keep hold of the lactic acid.

As your body gets used to doing more, the muscles will release the acid build up and all will be well :)
Try a change in routine that might help, I feel a little the same! Maybe I should take my own advice...ha!

Have a great holiday and enjoy yourself and just forget about the weight whilst you are away (i think you deserve a break) and then when you get back you can get straight back into it with vigour!! xx
I would say its prob due to your body adjusting to the exercise, holding onto fluid.

Why not try a fishy week maybe? Or at least a few days of it anyway, it has given some amazing results :)
