Well Guys,

After so many good intentions yesterday, and I did really well all day, even drank about 3 litres of water, I got home, and I had 3 points left, and there was all the christmas chocolate and biscuits staring me in the face and I ended up eating 5 celebrations, and nearly a whole small box of malteasers!!:(
Could not help myself.....was convinced I needed chocolate.....there is still so much left and it is all on the table in the lounge because I cannot find anywhere else to put it in the house!!!
I know that I wont do it again though, because it wasnt worth it....but I think I will still do okay this week if this is the only blip...just had to tell you guys to get it off my chest!!!

Hey lizzie this is just a minor blip and it is over and done with and in the past now. I have done the same all over Christmas I got 4 kids and everyone who knows them got them selection boxes and to someone (me) who has been an overeater in the past it is like holding a red rag to a bull. You have got to forgive yourself for eating the chocolate don't beat your self up about it because it will make you feel worst and you will end up eating more.:)

outherwise you will drive yourself mad!
I emptied the choc out of the fridge and binned a load of it
I just left the choc that the children like, that I don't!!
(white buttons & milky ways!)
