A couple of questions...

According to my book you can have as much DC as you like; Dr D is a fan as he believes it helps with sugar cravings and keeps you on the straight and narrow! Re bacon, again my book includes reduced fat bacon as one of the 72 attack foods; I have bought the Tesco Healthy Living reduced fat bacon - only 2% fat or something. Some on here advise against it though, due to salt content

On the official chat they say 3 cans of diet drink per day if it is less than 1 cal per 100ml. Mixed opinions on the bacon front.
