Hi all :)
I'm currently up and down at the minute with diets, seem to have hit a plateau for almost 3 months now!

I really wanted to do Atkins but just can't get into it, plus don't want to be in ketosis.

I stumbled across this forum and I'm very interested :D

I've read all the info on marks apple and other sites but there's a few questions I could do with answering before I decide weather it's for me...

Can you drink sugar free cordial?
Do U have the odd treat now and then that isn't on plan or does it have to be 100% all the time?
What are ur losses like?
Can u class the sliced chicken/ham u get from asda as acceptable?

Plus since a lot if your diet is not processed or sugary the fruit and paleo baked goods taste so real, homely, fresh & sweet anyway & there are so many fantastic recipes out there!

I have the odd treat & that is enough for me... Because I feeel so good on 100% primal days and not deprived or like I'm eating fake food which I have felt like on many other diets (eating faux this, faux that)
