A few questions from a total beginner!

Day 2 didnt go so badly either....down now from 155 on Thursday to 150.8! just over 4lb in two days. Going to do attack over the weekend and see how it goes! I know it will probably slow down now but I'd love to do attack until I have the first half stone off!

oh Ive been very naughty on the exercise front. Im in a bit of a messy stage at the minute, all over the place. Will be getting back into a normal routine from Monday 30th September though and I will be making sure I get my exercise in. However I have banned lifts and escalators like he says.
Really happy with my progress, at last weigh in (monday morning) I had lost 6.2lb on attack! that was after four days! all fluid i know but im back in my benetton jeans (just)
