This is the 3rd diary I've made on here & I'm determined its gonna be the last!

Following the Extra Easy plan & weighing in at home on Fridays.

I'm getting married in December & I do not want to be a fat bride!!

Haven't weighed myself in a few weeks, last weigh in I was 10 st 7 lbs and I estimate that I'm approx 10 st 12 lbs now :( I am really on a slippery slope and I need and want to get back on track.

I should add that I have been living the slimming world lifestyle for over a year now & started off at 12 stone 7 lbs so I know I can get down to my target of 9 stone for my wedding.

Plan is to start again tomorrow & will have my first weigh in on Friday morning, I'll update all my statistics then. I have done out a meal plan for the week and I intend to do this each week & post it here as I feel that this will really help to keep me on track. I'm joining the gym tomorrow & hope to get back into Zumba & step aerobic classes.

Here goes!!

Meal Plan Monday 25th March - Sunday 31st March

Monday

B: 2 eggs, 2 slices whole meal toast

S: Banana & tea

L: Baked potato & cheese, fruit salad

S: orange & grapes

D: mushy pea curry

Tuesday

B: 2 weetabix, banana

S: yogurt & apple

L: mushy pea curry

S: orange & grapes

D: chicken nuggets, chips & beans

Wednesday

B: weetabix, orange

S: banana &tea

L: baked potato, fruit salad

S: apple & yogurt

D: chicken & broccoli pasta bake

Thursday

B: fruit salad

S: banana & yea

L: chips, egg & beans

S: apple & yogurt

D: sw fry

Friday

B: 2 eggs, 2 slices whole meal toast

S: banana & tea

L: veg soup, baked potato

S: apple & yogurt

D: Sw beef stroganoff

Saturday

B: weetabix, banana

S: apple & tea

L: beef stroganoff

S: yogurt & banana

D: chicken curry & chips

Sunday

B: porridge

S: Apple, yogurt

L: leftover curry

S: banana & tea

D: steak
 
So I bit the bullet and hopped on the scales this morning and was extremely surprised to see that I'm still at 10 st 7 lbs. don't know how that's possible but I'm not complaining! No more weighing now til "official" weigh in on fri morning. Joined the gym this morning and I'm going to start there tomorrow morning. Really looking forward to getting back into exercising! Going to do a big fruit & veg shop later. Will post back this evening and hopefully will have been 100% :)
