hi there ive prob put this in the wrong section SORRY:break_diet:. but here it goes....
i wanted to make a thread about a keep it safe box for slimming world. i used to use a keep it safe box before for another matter in my past life, i am now going to start a keep it safe box for slimming world, in this box i will put all the photos ,notes and diaries i have wrote about my food and how i have felt,even an item of clothing ,ect , all from the past and following though my weightloss, so when i have a bad day i can see where i have come from and just how far i have come , all the good and all the bad times.
i feel so strongly about a keep it safe box,it has helped me achieve some of the hardest moments in my life when i just couldnt see a way out or through it .
i was wondering are u going to do a keep it safe box ,or do u have one ? what would u put in it , or what have u put in urs ?
