Hi everyone, I was just wondering what other people who are on SW think about my subject. I have been on slimming world for exactly 10 days now and have lost six pound. I have a good friend who tells me not to have many syns but especially do not use them on treats like chocolate. Her thinking is that if my body is free of treats for long enough I wont crave anymore!? Sounds logical. However other friends tell me a little bit of what I fancy each day is good and will stop me giving in? I know its a simple thing but what is best? Any help?
