a little nervous..... but on the up side!!...

Hi girls,

Ive got my second colposcopy in 2 hours im a bit nervy now, hate it!! wish me luckc c ..

on the up side, i had my 6 week assesment at the gym last night and ive lost 3.3% of my body fat!! woop woop and blood pressure is down and my fitnees was good and is now above excellent!!! yaya!!!!!!
