Hello!!!
I'm currently on Lipotrim (like Lighter Life) and am planning for when I come off it as I know I can't stick it out until I get to goal.
I stumbled over the Dukan diet today and have ordered the book as I love Atkins but don't want to eat high fat foods.
I was wondering about the oatbran? I can see on here that people say it's really important but why? Does this not stop you getting into Ketosis?
I reckon the attack phase will be a breeze for me- after nothing but 3 sickly shakes a day, chicken, chicken, and more chicken sounds like a dream!!
