Ok now someone is gonna drop by and tell me this is about 25 syns but I dont care!!
I wanted meringue .. so I made a SW version of pie.. well my own interpretation.
Couscous sweetner and vanilla essence for the base
Lemon and lime SF jelly mixed with pink grapefruit WW yoghurt for the middle
Then egg white and sweetner for meringue.
The verdict.. blluuerrrrgghhh wouldnt feed it to the dog.
Anyway didnt want to waste as the couscous tasted okish and the yoghurt jelly mix was nice.. so I peeled off the meringue and mushed the couscous and jelly/yog mix together.. have also mushed in a few left over strawberries.. I think for a desperation pud its very nice.. Hence Desperation Mush.
