A low fat Feta

    This is a low fat feta cheese but its from greece so not on any list ive seen. I wonder if anyone could help me out with the values of this. I am wondering how much I could have as my Healthy extra

    100g
    Cals 130
    Fat 2.5g
    Protein 18.75g
    Carbs 8g
    Any advise here would be appreciated x

    I would go with the 42g to be on the safe side!! HXB

    well each HE is about 120 cals so looking at the cal content on that you can have loads!

    healthy extra's dont go by calories I am afraid, SW look at many factors when selecting healthy extras, so there isn't a way of working out yourself. Hence why only the ones stated on their list can be used, which can be a bit of pain for overseas members.

    I would stick to the 42g personally or email SW with photos of the packaging and full nutritional details/weight give for nutrition and they will hopefully reply and let you know if it does qualify for a healthy extra and if so how much of it. They have done so for me in the past.
