I've been neglecting my speed this week so going to eat more fruit today. I've been drinking A LOT of water though, my friend (a qualified PT) said that the reason my body is storing liquid is the lack of water intake, worth a try! :)

Had a night out last night, this wont work in my favour haha. I tried to be good drink-wise, until someone came up with the great idea of refresher bombs, i usually have magners (12 syns a bottle) so i still went with my diet to a degree! lol. The curry was my downfall, 7 quid for all this including a drink, who am i to say no to that! :p

Its good to go out or have a relaxed night. :). Hope your not suffering too much ;)
 
Tasted even better than it looked, no regrets!!! haha. Not suffering at all, feel great, it's the scales that will be suffering tomorrow :( Expecting my first gain this week, would be happy to maintain to be honest.

I'll drink plenty of water today and eat plenty of mandarins, hopefully the speed will help lol
 
I gained 1lb today, as expected. This proves to me that there's no room for a cheat day, back on it 100% this week, need to work twice as hard!
 
Good luck, I tend to have a "cheat day" on a Friday after weigh in if I am having one.
