I've just joined your group and have to say I'm addicted already!
Over the last two years I've put on 4 stone for various reason and I am very unhappy at the moment. I've tried various diets and clubs including lipotrim, ww and lots more. But have not had the determination not even for my wedding which is really sad as I got married at the heaviest I ever was :wave_cry: and don't really like looking at my photos.
This week I've got a whole load of self motivation, where its come from I don't know, but I have started the diet pills Alli and have joined curves. I am terrified of the 'treatment effects' so I am being so anal (no pun intended lol) about the grams of fat...so far so good!
