Hi everyone,
I had my first meeting with my Cambridge weightloss councellor ?! today. I was weighed and am up my the heaviest i have ever been in my life :-( I knew i had had a serious increase in weight as the way i have been feeling. This has had an impact on my self confidence. The weight in today had me at 18 3 :cry:. Due to going away next week for a planned trip ( which i had planned to be slimmer for but that plan failed ) I am not going to start my cambridge plan until I return on the 16th July. So i have from now until then to either try to maintain this horrible weight or try to lose a little bit before my first offical weight in and get my products.Unfortunatly, I am going to France, which i am looking forward to but oh the foods :-D anyways
i have organised a breakfast tomorrow of porrage and plan to buy a litre bottle of water so i can drink it at my desk. I am not sure if this will make a impact, but a few little steps before the big adventure begins. I want to be healthier. I used to be fit ( not thin) and play sports, but due to an injury i had to give up. :sigh:
I will update a ticker on my sign off when i actually start. I hope that this works to even lose a stone will help give me some confidence to go back into the gym/pool.
