A New Food Diary - For New :)

Aww sorry to hear your upset if you need to chat we are all here, keep perservering you will get there, I am a newbie but trying to feel positive and reading peoples food diaries are really helping me :) x

I'm upset about stuff non SW related, and I have now realised I'm an emotional eater, so I just need to keep on track.

I have 4 syns left, so I can have something 'bad' if I really want.

Only an hour left at work, so that's good :)

Me too, Im trying not to turn to chocolate today as i got an assignment to write and I know it will stress me out, if in need reach for the fruit lol or may have a mikado haha x

I feel fat and bloated today too - Its prob all the carbs im having but cant afford meat this week. Ohhh cake decorating course, wouldnt be able to help myself either. x
 
Well, luckily it wasn't actually on cakes like the last one I did, so I've just brought back some sugar craft flowers :) I'm rubbish at anything domesticated - I go with my friend from work who is amazing.

I'm going to try and stick to plan as best as I can. Outside influences are making me miserable and comfort eat, so I just need to stay focused.

Because I haven't told anyone about my weight loss, I can't even take in my 1/2 stone award to keep on track. Might have something on my phone to read though
