Really surprised and very pleased :) Going to lose 2lbs this week - I have to!

Hmmm, maybe the BBQ didn't work out as well as I hoped, but it could have been worse. I knew what I was putting in my mouth which makes a change

Had a great day yesterday, but over did it on the food! Back on it today. Going to the festival again, but not until later in the day (have boring house things to do first) so my good will be regulated better

Bit disappointed with my weight this morning, but I've come to the conclusion that EE doesn't work for me.

Nothing but mainly red days work for me :( you still lost weight since yesterday tho!?x
 
My consultant made a point at the weigh in which I haven't thought about before. He said to vary the superfree food in salads as sometimes people's weight slows down because it's mainly water in it. I don't know what else to have in it though? Xx
 
Green beans, tomatoes, throw in a boiled egg, are avocados free? Erm what else, spinach is good as well.
