A New Leaf

Well people I'm back

I have been away for some time, messing about and trying other things like SW and such but I'm back with old faithful WW

I am turning over a new leaf, I went back to WW on wednesday weighing in at 16st 4lb. Yesterday I left my boyfriend of 3 years after months of lying, violence and mental abuse.

Its time to start living my life, starting with shedding this weight!!xx

Also great news that you have taken back control of your life. Well done - making that step is probably the hardest bit of making huge changes so the weight loss should be a dawdle.
