hi lauren, glad ur bk on track...its so easy to fall off the wagon especially when we are out lunching with freinds.... i eat out alot...lunches.....today i did...i had salad with chicken... borin when it came but when i had eate it i was proper proud of my self and enjoyed it too x..so keep it up and keep posting on here and reading..... feel free to add me on facebook,,,,just click the fb tag above my pic to my link! x <3
 
yeahh i agree..it is quite hard, salad is so boring and i dont like it anyway, so its a bit tough.. im sticking to it well soo far though.. :D staying within my points and stuff :)..so its all good stuff ;D xo

oh my gosh, this weekend - nightmare, im too scared too weigh in this morning.. ive had 2 friends birthday this weekend and a meal out friday night, and a chinese take away last night.. totally off track!
i really need to control all of this when im with my friends, this is the hardest bit of staying on track i find!..my food diarys for over the weekend, not pointing though!! tooo scared!!

..wow..in the last week ive put on 4lb!! i am devastated. but i know its my own fault!!
havent counted points at all this week..and been out partying and stuff loads..this is the heaviest ive EVER been :( :(
.. gone food shopping this morning, and im back on track.. i keep falling off the rails but i HAVE to do this NOW!!.. i dont go to a class or anything, i do it from home..so i dont have the support and stuff, but i think i can do it on my own!!

well..that was my little rant, but im over it.. :) I AM GOING TO STICK ON TRACK..AND THIS TIME NEXT YEAR I WILL BE RUNNING THE RACE FOR LIFEEEE :D :D :D.. ( in like a size 12 race for life t-shirt ) haha!! ;)

they really werent worth it at all, they were " hello kitty mini cakes " and they were the size of a 10p coin :L .. nice tho..but sickly, so wont be having them often..especially at the points ;D
