I'm new to this lark but seriously need to do something. Have been putting weight on over the last few years and just becoming so fat and bloated. I've been researching different diets and was going to do low carb but I find it hard to restrict fruit as I love it. I've decided to do JUDDD so that i can have a few pieces of fruit on my UD. I will be trying to ensure that I restrict my sugar intake to stop those horrid cravings that me eat all round me, which is how I got to this size.
Tomorrow will be my first DD. My DD will be Sat/Mon/Thurs
My starting weight is 15s5
I've also taken my measurements as that could be a good way to track progress too. My measuring tape is only in CM, so currently
Bust - 118cm, Waist - 113cm, Hips - 122cm
Going to enjoy my evening and start tomorrow. I'm quite looking forward to it in a weird way.
Anyhow here goes. Please wish me luck and motivation as I really have to get slim.
