Hi all, I have just joined the site today and have seen the WEMITTs and I know that this is the forum for me!! I am on week 4 of the CD and starting weight was 16 stone exactly (after doing slim-fast half heartedly!) and have so far lost 17lbs, my first week was 9lbs, my 2nd week was 5lbs and 3rd week 3 lbs - slightly scared I may not even reach 2lbs this week! I have been sticking to sole source completely but have become a little bored as I only like a few of the flavours so tend to have those ones all the time. I have tried some of the recipes which are great and love the muffin with choc sauce on top yummy! I am thinking about chicken tikka a lot at the moment though cos hubby had one the other night - in front of me aaargh! Just sticking with the oriental chilli at night to pretend it's a chinese!! Hope reach first goal of 13 stone and then ultimate goal is abround 9 stone 7 or bit below. I don't feel it's realistic of me to think I will maintain anything less than that as it'll be a real struggle am sure at 9 stone! I hope to be chatting to lot's of you and will really need your support cos if am bored at week 4 then heaven help me!!
