A Pound a Week

#1
Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well! I wanted to ask a questions about weight gain. Should you gain one pound a week even in the first trimester? I gained 35 pounds with my son which isn't bad I know... But I didn't eat as healthy as I should have. I want to do better with this pregnancy and only gain about 25 pounds or so. I was only 5 pounds away from my goal weight when I found out I was pregnant with this baby... Which makes me about 5 pounds over weight for my height. Any tips on not gaining too much? As always, thanks so much

wow thats brilliant I think it has a lot to do with size to begin with as well my friend was a size 8 to begin with and only went up one size and could hardly see her bump then another friend was over weight so lost over a stone while pregnant so it varies I m guessing I was slightly overweight for my height but bmi was still 25 so top end off being overweight so dont want to gain too much
