A question about Ketosis


Needs more willpower
I am in week 4 of SS and have had to restart the ketosis process as had few days when I ate large meal.
I started SS 100% on Sunday but last night- Tuesday I ate 5 cheddars:sigh:
My question is will this have broke the process of going into Ketosis and will I now have to start the 3/4 days again before reaching ketosis? :break_diet:

It will definitely have an effect, but how much is difficult to say. It's easier to prevent yourself going in to ketosis than it is to bring yourself out of it once you are there for a few weeks. That's why certain products aren't recommended for the first couple of weeks.

Like any diet, SS will only work if you can stick to the plan. If you feel that you can't go without food, then maybe one of the higher plans will work better for you in the long run. My parents lost 2-3 stone each using the 1000 and 1200 steps.
