A question about white pasta

I stupidly bought a huge packet of dried white penne the other day, i'd take it back if I can find the blummin' reciept but if I can't and I don't want to chuck it away, I was wondering if you lovely folk could tell me how many syns a portion is? Also how much is a portion?

Any dry white pasta is free on green and ee hun.

Nope white dried pasta is free as well as the wholemeal dried pasta. The 'wet' pasta is the stuff which has syns in it

Wholemeal pasta is a B choice on a red day. White pasta is free on EE/Green and there is no portion size specified!

I do have another question though (I'm really sorry!) I have a pot of prepared tomato/pasta sauce "Tesco's roasted veg pasta sauce" - will I have to syn this as well?
