Hi,
 
I started the gym a month ago and could just about run 3 minutes, but i've built it up and I can now run for 30 minutes comfortably. (speed 7.2, distance 2.38 miles, and heart rate 166)
 
As my body gets more used to it will i need to push myself more to burn fat, and what stats should I really be aiming for??
 
I want to run race for life next year, and get a really good time which is 5k... any advice?
