I made a new dressing if you fancy it, the recipe makes a tbsp or so full to dress some chicken or fill one of those big mushrooms. Well I like it.
1 and 1/2 tsps of honey
a sprinkling of balsamic
a dash of worchester sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp of paprika
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
1 slice of jalapino
3 finely chopped mint leafs
Place in a mortar and pestle or blend I guess
(adjust to suit your taste)
It as the texture and look of Dijon the colour of Branston and the taste of pure pleasure. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
