A right time??

This time last year i was considering going to the doctors to ask for help with my weight. I was put off because of an earlier visit when i asked and received more of a laugh rather than anything helpful.
So i did , i think it was about beginning of May when i started my diet and it was easy. However when the children broke up from school in July i wavered and stopped and started. So i stopped then just after Xmas i sort of tried but again i didn't feel in the right frame of mind.
I restarted 10 days ago and this time i am in the right frame of mind.I don't feel i am depriving myself, not even fancied anything that i would normally when not on a diet.
So do find a certain time of year is better for you?

i love spring.....im just in a much better frame of mind when there is a little sunshine, im also less hungry when the weather is good, probably because im not stuck in the house all day when the weather is good i love to get out in my garden or take my dogs for extra long walks, so im too busy to be thinking about food all the time.
good luck with your weight loss you'll be in those size 12's in no time!!
