    Day one: Thursday 24th November 2011

    I am off work this week on 'holiday' i have done my eating and drinking out sooo get back on it i have done. I have pre-empted this diary but i know what i am going to be eating. I met up with a friend in Costa del Coffee and well the sandwiches look georgeous but i didn't want to spend all my days allowance on a sandwich (slight exaggeration) so good old Marks across the road catered for the skinny girl to be!!

    Breakfast:
    nestle skinny cappacino: 1
    slice ww bread:0.5
    marmite:0
    ww fromage frais:0.5

    Lunch:
    m&s cou nacho chicken wrap:4.5
    m&s cou chocolate mousse:2
    walkers french fries:1
    costa small skinniy latte:0.5

    Dinner:
    Tuna pasta bake:6
    ww chocolate brownie dessert:3
