Awwww, you guys! I just stuck at it...really determined, BUT! I still had my 2glasses of vin rouge every night! Just used my syns and to be fair my job plays a huge role, I do at least 5miles walking a day, not by choice! You can ALL do if I can!!!!

wow! well done, the first stone is always great 'cause thats when you start to realise you're getting somewhere, i love it.

i remember when i lost a stone in 4 weeks and when i re-joined sw some months later i told them i lost a stone in a week, haha, whoops!

Thanks guys we're all doing well though aren't we?! I do mostly green, love mashed potato! EE on a sat normally, gammon egg SW chips and mushy peas...yum diddly um! oo and the SW cooked breakfast!
I struggle with original...need something to bulk my meat out, so to speak!

Keep meaning to look in recipe section for that one!
